TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SLOPESIDE

PAYMENT
Slopeside accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with your card's terms until we either charge or reject the payment.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The order is only accepted when we have completed and shipped it after receiving your order. Until then, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Slopeside uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, ensuring that your data is safe and cannot be read by third parties.

DELIVERY
The delivery time for your order is 1-5 business days, but we strive to deliver on the next business day.
Slopeside ships orders via DAO Pakkeshop where possible or GLS for international orders.
You will always receive a track-and-trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURNS
A 14-day full right of withdrawal is granted for items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with polybag, hangtags, etc., and all return costs are to be borne by the customer.
To return an item, you must fill out the standard withdrawal form and send an email.
**Standard Withdrawal Form:**

- I (*) hereby inform you that I (*) wish to exercise the right of withdrawal regarding my (*) purchase agreement for the following goods (*)
- Ordered on (*)/received on (*)
- (Your name)
- (Your address)
- Date
Once the email has been sent (do not wait for a confirmation email), you can send the item to the following address:
**Nordre Frihavnsgade 71, 4th floor, 2100 Copenhagen.**
(We do not pick up from parcel shops, so it must be delivered to this address between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.)
Write the order number on the box with a marker or pen.
We will refund 10 DKK less than the full amount to cover fees.
It is not possible to return items in person at this address.

EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we cannot handle exchanges. Therefore, we refer you to return your item as per the above return policy. If you want another item, simply place a new order for the desired item.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and functionality. This means you may try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with polybag, hangtags, etc.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon withdrawal, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Slopeside to assess the item's condition.

WARRANTY
A 2-year warranty is granted on products in accordance with Danish law. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Slopeside within a reasonable time after the item's receipt. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed upon. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The warranty is void if the product has been misused or handled improperly.
Slopeside covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

CUSTOMER & PRIVACY POLICY
We do not resell personal information nor pass your personal information to others; it is only registered in our customer database. You can request your information be deleted at any time.
To enter into an agreement with Slopeside, we need the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.
Personal data is registered at Slopeside and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.
When collecting personal data via our website, we ensure that this happens with your explicit consent, so you are informed about what information is collected and why.
The director and employees of Slopeside have access to the information registered about you.
The data controller at Slopeside is Niels William Treschow.
We do not store or transmit customer information encrypted.
As a registered customer with Slopeside, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act, and inquiries related to this should be directed to Slopesidedk@gmail.com.

COMPLAINT OPTIONS
In case of a complaint, our email address must be provided, as well as the website where you purchased the item.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
You can file a complaint via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus (Link).
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission’s online complaint platform.
